A young Aztec boy, Tizoc, accidentally destroys a priceless feather cape owned by a powerful noble. The boy’s family is cast into slave bondage in payment of the debt, and in particular his parents are slated for sacrifice at the Great Temple in the Aztec capital city, Tenochtitlan. With the aid of a few friends, Tizoc travels to the capital city in a desperate attempt to rescue his parents from a gruesome death.
