Description

An empty thought bubble leaves a comic and comes alive when she realizes she can think for herself. Delighted with her discovery and newfound freedom, she reflects on the world and her own existence. In the course of her adventure, she comes into contact with the existential questioning of an egg yolk, the musings of an insecure guava, the boredom of a tree shadow, the ancestral secret of the wind and poetic creation.

Reviews/Quotes

(...) "Her head was full of fun ideas. (And she didn't even have a head!)" (...) "The little yolk thought its mother was a big yellow yolk that sat on her egg to keep it warm." (...) "The fruit felt so sweet and pink on the inside, because it was ripe, worldly and experienced, after all. But it thought that everyone who looked at it would think it was sour and unripe, because of the color of its skin" (...) "Truth be told, the shadow was a bit upset. After all, there were so many shadows of living things that got to shimmy about, accompanying their owners here and there, while she was stuck to an unmoving tree, which, at the very most, shook its leave on windy days." (...) "Poetry is a truly incredible thing, only it can unlock the window of my smile." (...) "Every word spoken needs to fly through the air in order to be heard -- out of the cave of the throat, across the carpet of the tongue and over the fence of the teeth... so the world can hear it."
