About the Author: Rosie Ochoa
Rosie Ochoa is an international book seller and world traveler across five continents.She received her B.A. in English Literature from Sonoma State University. For her minor in French Literature, she studied at La Sorbonne in Paris and at Université de Aix-Marseille III in Aix-en-Provence, France. Recently she received four degrees from Sacramento City College, in Math and Science, Social and Behavioral Sciences,Social Sciences, and the Arts. Miss Ochoa speaks fluent French and Spanish. As a world traveler, she has journeyed to five continents. She has lived in Nicaragua, and taught in China and France. She has made various cities her home in her beloved California, including within the Sacramento area and San Francisco. This is her fourth published book. Her first two books are works of poetry. The first book, The Beauty of Being a Woman, is the winner of the prestigious International Latino Book Awards, and now it has been translated into Spanish. Her second poetry book is Examined Shadows. Miss Ochoa’s third book, Jimmy Fallen’s (Baked Bio) Lip-Syncing Despite Life, is a hilarious satire.
