About the Author: Lynda L. Lock; Illustrated by Diego Medina
Lynda Lock was born in a what is now a ghost town, in a remote area of British Columbia Canada. She has been a life-long writer and an observer of the comical antics of kids and their pets. Diego Medina, a very talented computer animator, has lived his whole life on Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, Mexico with a close-knit family spanning multiple generations. Together they have collaborated to give you an amazing book for children - each page telling the story in both English and Spanish. Lynda also writes a weekly blog: Notes From Paradise - Isla Mujeres as well as contributes on a regular basis to the on-line publications of Mexico News Daily and the Yucatan Times .
